COPD Service

Our local community respiratory service offers Sporometry screening to identify new cases. Please book a consultation with a doctor or send an online consultation shoukd you have any concerns regarding a persistent cough, mucus production or shortness of breath.

Antenatal

As soon as you are aware that you are pregnant, please book a telephone consultation with your GP and complete a self referral to the NHS antenatal team of your choice. Our local NHS antenatal team is based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital with the midwives offering appointments in the ground floor of the surgery building. The practice offers shared antenatal care with our local antenatal team. To self refer please use this link

Cervical Cytology

The practice nurses offer cervical cytology screening. The NHS cervical cytology recall system invites women who are registered with a GP for regular cervical cytology tests. Women are routinely recalled every three to five years. It is therefore important that all women ensure their GP has their correct name, address, email and telephone number. Women who have not had a recent cervical test can book an appointment with the practice nurse. If you are unsure when your next cervical cytology test is due please ask our admin team or book a phone call with our practice nurse who can check your records and advise. It is important not to attend earlier than you have been advised by the screening programme as the laboratory will not process the sample.

Diabetes

Patients with diabetes will receive an invitation to book an appointment in for their interim and annual reviews to allow for monitoring of each patient’s condition and treatment.
Those reviews may be carried out by our Practice Nurse Kimiko or by other healthcare professionals within the PCN DOSS clinic held at our practice.
